Payment for our Services
For transactions against payment for our services, we accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard Credit or Debit cards in AED currency only. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
You are not entitled to set off or withhold payment of any amounts due in terms of this agreement for any reason whatsoever. Payments will be made directly to Safer Driver LLC and your acceptance of this agreement will constitute irrevocable authority for Safer Driver LLC to obtain authorisation and/or payment on the Purchaser’s credit card or charge card.
It shall be the responsibility of the cardholder to retain a copy of transaction records as well as a copy of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
Multiple bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Safer Driver LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE
CANCELLATION POLICY
Safer Driver LLC will not charge if the service is cancelled giving Safer Driver LLC at least one hour’s notice before the time of booking
25% will be charged for cancellations, where the service is cancelled giving Safer Driver LLC less than one hour’s notice but more than 30 minutes notice before the time of booking
50% will be charged for cancellations where the service is cancelled giving Safer Driver LLC less than 30 minutes notice before the time of booking
100% will be charged for any cancellations where the time of booking has exceeded
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will ONLY be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refunds will be at the discretion of Safer Driver LLC based on our cancellation policy.
Your responsibilities
When you request a quotation through the Saferdriver.ae website, we will quote based on the information that you have provided to us. It is of the utmost importance that you answer all the questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge. It is imperative that all the information provided by you is true and accurate.
